About Us

Little Beat First Aid was established in 2013 and is currently owned by Shrenika, married with two energetic children and a currently practicing registered paediatric nurse with Masters in Nursing from the University of Auckland.

Shrenika has over 15 years experience in paediatric nursing at New Zealand's first and foremost childrens hospital and has an immense passion for child health. Using knowledge from nursing, working closely with families, parenting experience and continued research, as well as annual certification from the New Zealand Resuscitation Council, means that you get the most up to date information in a practical, easy to understand way, all curated by a fellow parent.

The sessions are all taught by either Shrenika or one of our team of highly experienced paediatric nurses based in Auckland.

Being a new parent can be intimidating and Little Beat First Aid's baby and child first aid sessions can help to give you the confidence in handling a situation where your child is hurt or unwell, where to go for help and what to do to give them the best outcome in an emergency situation.
